First of all book your collection online, paying attention to the date of the pick up based on when you want your luggage to be delivered. Remember that Zyppy usually delivers within 24 hours across the European Community but that some regions may have longer delivery times. You will be contacted in the most suitable way by Zyppy’s Customer Service staff to make sure that all data of origin and destination are correct. Zyppy will also contact the references you have provided for your destination to make sure that no inconvenience can ruin your holiday. You will receive by email the documentation and shipping labels. Once you have printed the waybill (AWB) attach it on the outside of the baggage and put another copy inside for any eventuality.
Prepare your bags in the same way you’d do to check them in at the airport. Try to avoid items of baggage that have protruding parts or accessories that can easily break or fall off. Make sure that all pockets and zips are properly closed, and for safety attach a name tag to the handle of the suitcase.
Keep in mind that for safety reasons your luggage must not be permanently closed by padlock or numerical combination system.
For further information please see Terms and Conditions page.
On the appointed day the courier will pick up your luggage from the location you provided during the booking. Remember that the time of collection is between 9:00 and 20:00. If you have any special requirements or difficulties Zyppy’s Customer Service Team is available from Monday to Friday during the same hours. You can track the location of your luggage using the AWB number of the shipment from the reserved area.
Your luggage will be tracked during all its movements until the final delivery to the recipient that you have indicated, so that you can make better use of your time. Any unforeseen circumstances will be dealt with and managed by Zyppy’s own staff who will try to solve it immediately. You will receive a notification of successful delivery and all the assistance you need to guarantee you the best service.
Bulky sports equipment such as golf clubs, skis and snowboards can be sent either in a soft or rigid travel case. Make sure that all the fragile parts like golf clubs or ski fastenings are packed with adequate padding. Bicycles can be sent either in a rigid case such as a sturdy cardboard box. For these shipments you will need to contact our Customer Service to verify the weight and dimension limitations and any possible additional charges.

In addition, some items, like valuables or fragile goods may not be covered by our Silver and Gold insurance options.
