Despite the efforts made to minimize the risks, it may happen that a luggage is lost or damaged, that’s why Zyppy has studied a formula that guarantees your goods and their transport in the simplest possible way.

With normal insurance covers, you would need to provide many supporting documents certifying the value of the goods carried, indicating the exact contents of the luggage, providing receipts of goods purchased and calculate the value of objects reduced according to their age.

Where as, with Formula Zyppy, you can have a refund of up to € 500,00 for the Formula Silver and up to € 1.000,00 for the Formula Gold, without having to provide any documents to confirm the actual value of the goods transported.

Delivery date guaranteed

When you send your luggage, Zyppy is committed to deliver throughout Europe in 95% of locations within 24/48h. The booking system will give you over to the delivery date, a date for guaranteed delivery (delivery dates guaranteed) If your luggage is handed over to the delivery date guaranteed Zyppy you refund fully the cost incurred for the service is required. Each baggage that travels with Zyppy is covered by Formula Zyppy Standard, and always included at no extra charge.

When you request a refund

Lost luggage

If your luggage has been lost during transit our Customer Service will try to trace it for eight days, if the shipment has not been recovered by the end of that period you will be reimbursed a flat rate of:

FORMULA SILVER
refund of € 500,00

FORMULA STANDARD
up to € 10,00/Kg

You will not be required to produce any documentation.

Late delivery

If your luggage arrives late, you will be entitled to a reimbursement of the costs of shipping and up to a compensation of:

FORMULA GOLD
refund of € 100,00

FORMULA SILVER
refund of € 50,00

FORMULA STANDARD
refund the costs incurred

Per day up to a maximum of 3 days, to meet the cost of your necessities while waiting to retrieve your baggage. In this case we will ask you to provide us with a copy of the receipts of the expenses incurred.

Damaged baggage

If your baggage is damaged during transit remember to notify the driver and sign “conditionally” describing the damage and to provide us with a photo. You will be entitled to a refund of:

FORMULA SILVER
refund of € 50,00

FORMULA STANDARD
no refund

However, damage caused to moving or protruding parts of the baggage is exempt from our insurance cover.

The maximum repayment for each claim and per baggage will not exceed € 500,00 for Formula Silver and € 1.000,00 for Formula Gold.
