Zyppy’s Customer Care is made of real people and not automated answering machines. Zyppy understands the needs of their customers and is always able to put requests into concrete and immediate actions.

About Customer Care

When you book a shipment, our staff will ensure that all data is correct and complete, contacting you if needed, don’t forget to provide us with a phone number and an email that you check regularly.

 

Following this control Zyppy will get in touch with the recipient to ensure that he is available to receive your luggage and keep it until your arrival. In this way you can enjoy your holiday from the very beginning without having to drag heavy suitcases or having to go immediately to the hotel to leave your luggage.

 

If you have booked a return trip you can leave your luggage at the hotel ready for the return shipment following the same instructions for the outward shipment. Zyppy’s Customer Care will arrange the pick up from the accommodation where you are staying to help you organize the home return of your suitcases allowing you to enjoy the last moments of your trip without any worries.

 

If you can’t find an exact match with the characteristics of your luggage or your sports equipment in our system, the Customer Care staff will be available to evaluate alternative solutions dedicated to you. There are few things that we cannot deliver!

 

If you prefer not to make an online reservation, you can request a quotation or manage your reservations directly over the phone.

How and when to ask for assistance

Communicating with Zyppy’s Customer Care is easy and immediate. You can call +39 02 84103040 Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday mornings from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm, within a few minutes you will receive information about the status of your delivery or assistance regarding any queries. Alternatively you can send an email to support@zyppy.it stating the nature of your request, Zyppy will reply as soon as possible.
